Lamb Shish Kebab is made by fine backstraps from the lamb. All nerves and extra fat is cleaned off, allowing the clean backstraps to be cut into cubes. The diced backstraps is put into Tek Foods special marinating to be left to absorb.
Chicken Shish Kebab is made from the tender part of the chicken maryland. It is diced into smaller pieces and laid into the marinating sauce to absorb.
Adana Kebab is made from special parts of the lamb which has been minced. It is mixed with spices in the Adana mixer and left for a day to condense.
Tek Burger is made out of special of the lamb which has been minced. It is marinated, mixed and ready to be put into patties.
